crane rentals and field services in the Midwest. Our crane division owns
and operates over 50 cranes. Ranging in size from our
8.5-ton industrial crane up to a 550-ton all-terrain crane and 500-ton
crawler crane. Our field service division is one of the fastest growing

Capital City Crane Rental originated in 1993, and in the last few years we have
become one of the premiere crane rental houses serving the Midwest. In 1969 Chet
Gibson began working as a dispatcher with the George Igel Company, twenty-five
years later he started Capital City Crane Rental. Capital Field Services was
formed in 2000 after noticing a need for quality precast and steel erection
services in the Ohio region, and has become one of the fastest growing erection
companies in the Midwest. Our philosophy is one of the easiest ways to
take care of customers is to surround yourself with good employees. At Capital
City Group we have done that. We feel that anyone can supply you a piece of
equipment and labor, but what stands us apart from other crane rental/erection
