Completed erection of approximately 513,000 square feet of 4'-0 hollowcore and structural precast. A $60 million project at the Kalahari Waterpark Resort Convention Center in Sandusky, Ohio.

Calhoun Street Market - Cincinnati, Ohio

Erection of hollowcore plank, approximately 316,000 square feet of 4'-0 hollowcore. It is a  $100 million mixed-use complex on the periphery of the University of Cincinnati campus. The project will include 100,000 square feet of retail space, 70,000 square feet of institutional space for UC,  500 beds of student housing and 150 market-rate housing units.
